Family Life Mission grew out of the extensive teaching, counseling and writing ministry of Walter and Ingrid Trobisch. Working first as Christian missionaries in French speaking Cameroon, West Africa, and then ministering internationally while based in Austria.

Walter & Ingrid Trobisch (1953) in Cameroon, West Africa
Walter and his wife, Ingrid, ministered to individuals, marriages, and families centered in Africa, Europe, and America. Their teaching continues through individuals, Family Life Mission, their books, and resources. Since
Walter’s death in 1979, FLM has been established in fourteen different countries on three different continents (Africa, Europe and North America), each country seeking to continue the work Walter and Ingrid started of bringing healing and wholeness to the family.
“We conceive of this work as Mission because we believe that the renewal of the family is possible only through the One who said, “I am the [way, the truth and the] life.” (John 14:6)
